Kernal security Check Error

Hope someone can help please. I get a Kernal security check error when windows starts to load after upgrading my ram from 4gb to 8gb. Goes to post ok and does the ram test. Shows the 8gb in bios but its just not getting into windows.

Motherboard
Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. H55M-UD2H (Socket 1156)

Old Memory
CMX4GX3M2B1600C9 - 4GB (2x2GB) Corsair DDR3 XMS3 Classic, PC3-12800 (1600), Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 9-9-9-24, 1.50V

New Memory
CML8GX3M2A1600C9 - 8GB (2x4GB) Corsair DDR3 Vengeance Jet Black Low Profile, PC3-12800 (1600), Non-ECC, CAS 9-9-9-24, XMP, 1.5V
 
try with just 1 stick of ram in, if it doesn't boot try the other stick.

if your able too try and run memtest of the new ram to see if there is any errors.

if you haven't already try to clear the CMOS and restore it to default and then give it another try
