As I said be for I get bad stutters and still cant fix it. Would it have anything to do with the intel cpu bug Kernel-memory-leaking Intel processor design flaw. It says it could reduce performance by 30%. Could this be the source of the problem?.

It's probably the game. Intel have to wipe cache between contexts to maintain security but I'm not sure thats in place yet.

The Intel security bugs aren't related to kernel memory leaks, any performance loss is directly related to patches for that vulnerability. If anything the patches would remove kernel leak issues as they have to clear memory.
