kernel-power 41 windows 11

Hi Everyone.

Anybody know how to solve this issue please? When in game the PC restarts itself, It's says in event viewer kernel-power 41 critical

My specs are

5800x stock
Gigabyte gaming X X570
16gb teamgroup ram
GTX 1660TI
850 Corsair 80 plus gold PSU
Kraken x63 280mm

I've been running this setup for over a year with no problems with XMP enabled, I did update my bios 2 weeks ago then it started happening after that, I just looked on the website and there's a newer version already out I've done the update so I'm going to test some games out and let you know.

After updating my bios to the latest version the problem seems to be sorted. there must have been an issue with the bios I updated to only 1 week before they released this one. I noticed something when the issue started happening soon as my CPU temps hit around 70/75 ish the system would restart. I'm happy now tho that it's been sorted
