Hi guys,

I've been getting a lot of blue screens and warning in the event viewer about idle kernel power. At first i thought that my ram was at fault because the blue screens were for memory management but when i looked into it and asked a professional they told me that this error was that the processor wasn't getting enough power at idle.

I swapped out my motherboard and haven't had any warning or blue screens so obviously something is wrong with the motherboard... Also since swapping the board i noticed my processor is running at a much lower voltage and the voltage actually changes dependant on what i'm doing - rather than sticking at 1.4v as my broken motherboard did.

The store i bought it from have said i can send it back to them for repairs of a replacement - but if they cant find anything then i will be charged :S.

What do i do if they happen to find nothing?

I'll be stuck with a broken board and a charge for them not finding anything due to pot luck... Any thoughts?

Thanks.

If they try to charge me because they dont find the fault then they will be getting a very unpleasent phone call.

If for some reason they dont find the problem i will send it direct to asus i think
