Kernel32.dll issues

I'm trying to run luminance hdr software, it downloads and installs fine but when i got to run it i get:

"The procedure entry point K32EnumProcessModules could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll."

I've tried umpteen registry cleaners, tried sfc/scannow and windows startup repair to no avail.

Windows is a clean install from a couple months back so I'm reluctant to re-install again, this is the only program that is causing issues.

Any ideas?

you normally see errors like this when software isn't made for the version of windows you are using. are you sure the software you have is compatible?

It just lists a Windows 64 and 32 bit download

does it have any extra requirements like .net2/3/4 or c++ runtimes? good software normally tells you though.

if everything is up to date and as your problem seems to be with just this one specific program, have you tried reporting it to the people who make it?

I've been doing some digging on the site and found a windows DLL zip, installed this and it tells me something else is missing, hmmmm

http://qtpfsgui.sourceforge.net/ this is the software if it helps
