With the inconsistency of punishments handed out by the FIA, I am expecting KMag to be issued a 2 race ban.

I don't think it requires further punishment, 5 seconds was handed down, Hulk should have left it alone or talked in private. Hulk should be punished for bringing the sport into disrepute for interrupting an interview.
