Hi all

I'm looking to do an Intel build between now and Feb, I've been AMD for years now and thought i'd give Intel 10th gen a go, Only problem is i have no clue which boards are decent and what the maain differences are..

I'd be looking for something equivalent to the MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX, Not to pricey but packs a punch....

Could you lovely bunch tell me the differences between

H410, Z490 and B460? Also which is suited to some of the lower end chips like 10400f etc

Cheers

You're not able to overclock memory, or CPU with h410 or b460, that's the main difference, aside from the usual PCI-E lanes, USB ports, etc.

When you say overclock the RAM will I be able to enable XMP? That's all I really do, I don't Overclock the CPU
