Key presses registering twice - help

I've got a mechanical keyboard at the moment and I'm starting to have a problem with one the keys, the 'T', registering twice when I press it. It happens fairly often which is annoying. Also starting to happen with the 'P' too.

I've had the keys off and cleaned around them but is there anything else I can do to fix this?

Thanks @BaroUK2. I’ll certainly give the first two a try. It is a couple of years old now.
