Hi Guys,

My trusty old Microsoft wired keyboard is coming to the end of its useful life :( It's manky, the space bar squeaks and the left shift button no longer works :p

I originally bought both a keyboard and mouse in a business desktop set, it cost around £20. Now, seeing as I'm upgrading my keyboard, I thought I'd get a new mouse too.

I have a budget of £50 for both, which I suppose isn't much. But it's all I'm willing to pay. Can anyone recommend a good combo? I have rather large hands, and I like a quiet keyboard. I'd prefer wireless (for use on the sofa), but it's not big deal if people advise against it.

I realise I'm being a tad specific, but does anyone have any suggestions for a good buy?

Cheers,

Dan

I have big ol hands too and was looking at this (well, the more expensive illuminated version, but this is the same thing without lights) also has a built in usb hub:

YOUR BASKET
1 x TT eSports Challenger Gamers Keyboard £29.99
Total : £39.89 (includes shipping : £8.25).

As for a mouse, I use a Sharkoon fireglider and I find it's pretty good for my big mitts and has some pretty cool features. OcUK don't sell it but you can find it for £20. I'd say it's definitely a palm grip for average size hands. I claw it with a hint of palm if that makes sense.

The Ikari looks decent though.

Thanks guys, I'll have a look. But I don't think either of those keyboards will pass the girlfriend's 'looks' test to be honest.
