My parent recently got a new system and it works fine apart from one problem. Initially the machine worked fine, then after a few days the mouse stopped working. I swapped it for another one ans all was fine, a week or so later they told me that both keybaord and mouse periodically stop working, then after a few mins the system detects new hardware and it works ok again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled hardware, but to no avail. Anyone got any ideas what it might be?
