keyboard and mouse for my mbp

I ordered the apple wireless ultra thin keyboard and apple wireless mighty mouse together with my macbook pro. After about a week of using it, I still cant get the hang of it. The mouse is quite laggy (maybe because its bluetooth?), and doesnt glide as smooth as my logitech G7. Also the right mouse button or the right click is not as responsive. And the shape isnt comfortable for me. Now, the wireless keyboard looks great and all, but I cant do without the numberpad.

Do you guys use these apple wireless products? I am looking for an alternative for these. What do you use as your keyboard and mouse? all i can find is the Logitech Cordless Desktop s530

Why not get the wired version of the apple keyboard with numpad?
or do you specifically want wireless, in which case keep the one youve got and just buy a usb numpad?
personally i use the wired apple keyboard (and a dell mouse but we wont mention that

)

I do prefer wireless cos my mbp is conntected to a tv. and im using it from my bed. and wired ones would mean i lose 2 usb ports. and my mbp only has 2

one's for the printer and another for keyboard/mouse

The keyboard has two USB ports on it

I've not problems at all with the wireless keyboard.

However, the mighty mouse is probably the worse mouse ever designed imo.

Technically it is capable of dealing with bigger devices, but only with an aluminum iMac.
