Keyboard and mouse needed - Any ideas?

Hi all,

Built a PC recently (spec in sig) but haven't got a keyboard/mouse/monitor yet, and haven't bought any of these things for a while so I am out of touch with which models are good and which aren't :p

Back on topic now though, can anyone recommend a good logitech keyboard and mouse for me. Maybe something that you have used and you know is good?

I will mainly be using the PC for day-to-day use, college work, programming, watching movies and the occasional game, 95% of my gaming will be done on the PS3 instead.

So what would you recommend? I would like it to be reasonably priced, look nice, Logitech and wireless. Standard wireless or bluetooth is fine, since I have a bluetooth equipped card reader. The maximum distance away from my computer that I will ever be is 5m, so would standard wireless be OK for this or should I go bluetooth? 99% of the time I will be at the desk though, next to the PC.

But I really wanted something wireless, and like I said, if they are good I don't mind paying a good amount for them

I have a Logitech VX Nano, I am just going to use that as my mouse for a while until I have more money.

But keyboard wise, what do you all think of the Logitech K800? Seems pretty good to me for the price, It's:

- Logitech
- Wireless
- Illuminated
- Rechargeable
- And has some sensors, so that when you move your hands away the lights turn off, and vice versa


What do you all think of that? Anyone used it?
