I've just done a full re-install on my brothers computer, Everything went fine and he collected and took it back home with him tonight.
However he's just called me to say is keyboard and mouse are not working and windows is asking him to click ok to proceed with the driver installation for his mouse and keyboard but both mouse and keyboard are unresponsive, I've also got him to try mousekeys but that didn't work either
When i installed it i just had his base unit and used my mouse, keyboard etc. which are both usb. His keyboard is a PS2 and the mouse is a USB.
Is there anyway round this accept for him bringing it back so i can plug my mouse in to click ok so windows can install it's drivers
