Keyboard and/or mouse for mmo's

Im struggling in the mmo's i play with running out of key bindings, im wondering if its worth investing in a logitech keyboard of some sort, something with lots of extra buttons to help.

Also saw the razer naga, is that worth getting over a keyboard?

I would say yes,i would love that mouse but i already have a Mamba but im sure it will be brillaint for MMOs

Razer Anansi is probably all you need.

I use a Logitech G500 combinded with healbot for all my healers, as more then enough buttons, also I never find myself using the G15 macro key
