Heya there

I have a USB keyboard connected to my computer but on the startup and boot screen it doesn't seem to work. I remember it used to work before I installed some stuff on my computer but now it doesn't. What's wrong?

cheers

have you got a usb to ps2 connector adaptor that you can use to test that its not the keyboard, or another keyboard to load your os and check that the USB ports are working in device manager?

hmm im getting a g15 today... does that mean i need to get a ps2 keyboard also (my old is a bluetooth usb) to get into bios?

As others have said there are some options in the BIOS (normally under advanced settings I think) that let you enable USB keyboard and mouse support, just enable that and you should be away.
