OK so I own a Roccat Sova keyboard, it works as intended when windows is booted, however in the BIOS it seems that once I press a direction or seemingly any key, it keeps pressing the key as if I were holding the key down....

The keys are not stuck, the keyboard works perfectly after boot, another keyboard works fine in BIOS...

Does anyone know what I can do? What the issue could be?

Thanks

Chili

Some bios don't work too well with USB gaming keyboards and mice. Some keyboards even have special switches to help with that problem.

- Google if anyone else experienced the same issue. Maybe same combination of hardware, maybe different motherboard, or even manufacturer.
- check keyboard operations, especially modes that disable NKRO.
- check bios updates for your motherboard.
- check if bios has some settings for improving compatibility.
- get a £5 keyboard, just for bios operation.

My g15 works fine with it, and second I'm not too impressed with the Sova, the software seems clunky and it's also not adapted for 4k resolution, it's this error tho that makes it a no go, I'm a couch gamer so getting up to connect and disconnect is not an option. Also keyboards living around the room when they cost 200e is not acceptable! I hope i will get a refund, is a shame as first impressions were good. I will probably get a lapdog and k65 instead if the RMA goes through.
