Keyboard need for gaming

I had a Logitech G15 until I spilled beer on it so I bought the next best thing at the time, a G510, which has served me great since it came out but like you say, it's starting to show its age so after a trip to try out some keyboards I came back with the G513 Tactile, I preferred that to the Linear but hey we are all different!
I love this keyboard and I'm still trying to get around the vast amount of options.

Just bought a Corsair K70 Mk.2 SE, and I love it, I like the clack it makes though it would be too loud for some I think, the lighting IMO is superb and just what I'd hoped for, actuation is really fast with the Cherry MX spped key switches and the PBT caps are fantastic. My first mech keyboard was also a Corsair, and that lasted me 7 years and is still fully functional but was looking tatty after many spillages!

Once you've gone mchanical there's no going back.

so it looks like most have corsair, razer or logitech boards, will have to get myself down to currys to bash some keys

Lol that's what I did!
I tried a few brands, Razer, Steelseries, Corsair, Logitech and initially wasn't sure about the G513 until I realised they were displaying the linear version under the tactile name tag, so once I tried the tactile version I was sold, but that's just me, different people prefer different things, happy bashing!
