Keyboard not working?

When i click the key for @ it brings up " instead of @. And " comes up as @.

Any ideas?

EDIT: Ive just found out loads of em are messed up.. any ideas?

Check in software settings keyboard is set to UK... Happened to me...

Cant find it in Control Panel.. Well i can but no option to change to UK.

Start > Control Panel > Regional & Language Settings > Keyboards/Languages > Choose or Add UK and check to make it defauly. Click Apply/OK

that should be the right options, Im on Vista now so may be slightly different. if you cant select UK, then you may have to select "Add" then choose UK.
