Hey I'm in need of help with my laptop..

My laptop keyboard seems to be acting up with few keys, when I'm pressing "T" it gives me GT and same goes for "Y" it gives me HY. This goes for same on the other keys... Only few keys are acting normal..

I'm scanning for virus and malware as I'm typing this.. Anyone know what I can do?

My laptop is HP G61 if it helps..
 
Update: reformatted my laptop and added new windows 7 on everything went perfect till now, tried logging in to my account and it wouldn't let me giving me password errors, I found out same thing happens again..

I know I haven't got any malware nor virus as I've done a check again, I haven't put any of my backup on to my laptop only things that have been backed up are just my Firefox/chrome bookmarks

Anyone got any ideas what the problem could be?
 
Try plugging in some usb keyboard, but after reinstall of win it should work unless there is some language package you might have installed.

Also alt+shift changes languages if you have more than one set.

If it works with usb KB either have your kb changed, or keep the usb kb...
