Hi, I recently got a new keyboard that connects via USB to a PS/2 port using an adapter. When I plug it in to the PS/2 Port my keyboard's lights turn on so there is power going to it but unfortunately there isn't any input to it. I can't type or anything.

It will work if I connected it just to USB though.

My Motherboard is the - Gigabyte EX58-UD3R
and
My Keyboard is the - Zowie Celeritas

I'm really not sure if this is the correct place to ask for help, but thanks for the replies anyway.

You might have to tweak settings in BIOS. Though it's strange you would have to do such for a PS/2 keyboard. PS/2 isn't hot swappable either. So if you plug in the PS/2 while your machine is still on, you'll need to hard reset. If you're gaming you'll be able to get NKRO over PS/2 on the Zowie, whereas you're limited to the usual 6 key limit due to the USB interface.
