Keyboard question

Just formatted my pc and things, the keyboard is set in US mode I think, i.e. the @ and " are swapped over and some other ones are as well. It wasnt like this before, is there a setting I can just change over? cant seem to find one.

If your using XP, then go into Regional and Language Options, select the languages tab, then press the "Details" button, you can change it there.
