Keyboard question

Any idea what the question mark key is on a forgein keyboard, currently in Argentina and the question mark key is after the 0 key, ive tried alt and ctrl but no joy, any other ideas people

I think it's after the 0 key, no?

Are you suggesting that pressing shift does not move it from , to ? like you want it to?

have you tried Ctrl and Alt together or seperatly?
