I currently have a Saitek Eclipse, but am thinking of replacing it with the Microsoft Ergonomic 4000. If anyones used this one, then opinions on it? Or other suggestions? Saw/heard somewhere that the Logitech wave was a good ergonomic as well?

Thinking of going the ergonomic route now cause I do a fair amount of typing so thought I might try it out. Not too keen on backlight (which is why I bought the eclipse) because found it very useless. The screen is bright enough to illuminate the entire keyboard so apart from looking cool when the monitor is off, it serves no purpose :p

Meh, I personally am not sure if the ergonomic keyboards actually make much difference at all. You tried going for a laptop style keyboard? They are going to improve your typing speed, and they will be easier to use. What is your budget?

Just a quick message to say that the Logitech DiNovo Edge bluetooth rechargeable laptop style keyboard is fantastic and well worth what you pay for it as the quality is just supurb and the inbuilt battery lasts for days! and once it does die then you can just sit it in it's charger and recharge it!

Typing speed, not really concerned about since I can type pretty fast already. More comfort really. Budget, not something too set, but nothing extravagant really. Maybe 30-35 pounds max. So i'm afraid Dinovo is out since I think thats more in the region of 70?

Also, wireless is not something i'm particularly looking for. The whole charging thing is just a hassle. + I do game a bit. Though its mostly the wsad keys that are used, so wireless isn't the best for that.
