After a good gaming keyboard. First time pc gamer built one at Xmas. But just have a cheap crap keyboard and mouse set up to get me going.

What’s people’s go to? What’s all the switch colours meaning and what am a best getting ??
 
Yeah so it needs to be mechanical and is 60% best for gaming or 75,80,100?

Seen different layouts aswel. Sadly up here in the highlands of Scotland Currys is the best bet really to even see one and touch it. I’ve been on YouTube but every video more or less recommends different brands and models

Is there any brands to deffo stay away from ?

The reason 75% or below is popular is because by removing the keys to the right of the Enter key, you free up all that space for the mouse and your arms are more natural and closer together.

Where I live, I can't really try in person too so it's just online reviews, reading people's experiences and then hoping for the best.

Yeah don’t really need the numpad. I mean I’d just keep my cheap keyboard and plug that in if I really needed to use a numpad.
Yeah it is annoying wish we had an over clockers store here or even better a micro centre to try stuff and see all in flesh.

Then there’s the headache off different key colours and thennn the custom route …. My brain hurts
 
Think I’m gonna go either Logitech g915x on sale at £120. Or Razer Blackwidow v4 at £120 aswel. Saving £60 on logi and £10 on razer.

What would people go for from them 2?
