So i want to replace my Steelseries Apex with some mechanical keyboard. And was wondering what would be the closes switch to steelseries rubber ones.
Main reason for replacement is size :) want something more compact since now i usually have 2 keyboards on the table and apex is just too damn huge, and i don't use any of extra buttons on it.
My budget is up to £100

Yeah the Pok3r would be a good choice, but, there are simply so many to choose from you can't just go with one suggestion.

Have a look through the mech buying guide from /r/mechanicalkeyboards and see if any tickle your fancy. I use a keycool84 hero and for a budget board it's real cool, but i also want a leopold FC660M.

Regarding the switch, i don't think any are going to feel remotely like your rubber dome, and to that extent have a look around for a switch tester, or go somewhere local that has some mech boards for you to try. Personally i dig brown and black switches, but everyone is different!
