Me and people from work had a little talk about how can cleaning a keyboard improve?

The only answer we had is that dusts and rubbish may have been trapped underneath the keys so popping them out and cleaning them will improve typing speed

What are your thoughts?

It can be a double edged sword. Cleaned mine due to years of dust and general detritus. Made it worse because the cleaning also removed the manufacturer applied grease that lubricated the keys.

It`s best to clean it on a regular basis, stops dirt and dust building up. And if it is a keyboard you are using at work, keep it covered when not in regular use.
