keyboards/mice and ps3

Quick question on behalf of a mate.

He wants a keyboard and mouse for his ps3 (one of the early 60gb models I believe), but not for gaming.

So what's his best option if there is an option at all?

Definitely? If so that's wicked. I think he wants it for browsing etc.
