Hi guys,
Hoping somebody here could perhaps help me with a rather frustrating issue I've stumbled upon.
A few weeks ago I was forced to reset my password to access my Macbook, as I'd simply forgotten it (I concede that yes, I am an idiot for forgetting it ). Ever since however, I've been getting prompts to enter my Keychain password for services such as 'cloudd' and 'assistantd'. I've tried entering the login password for the Mac itself, which doesn't work, attempted to guess the old password with no joy, so I've resorted to trying to reset my Keychain password. However, every time I try to launch the Keychain Access app to do just that, it crashes!
I'm honestly at a loss as to how I can sort this. Can anyone here help, pretty please?
Edit: Think I've solved this. Opened Finder, Selected 'Go', held down the Option key to reveal 'Library', then deleted the 'Keychains' folder, which then allowed me to create a new Keychain.
