keys arnt working on keyboard help

saitek eclipse 3 keyboard about 6 months old.

both the left and right side, shift, ctrl, alt and window keys no longer work. tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers but didnt work.

please help.

Take it apart and clean it out, do you have kids, have they spilt something on it

Have you tried moving the keyboard to another USB port?

Have you tried it on another system?

Sounds like a hardware issue to me. I'd return it for repair or replacement!

i dont have kids. i havent spilt anything, i aint gona take it apart due to warranty. i have tried 2 other usb ports same prob. not tried on another system as i dont have one and be awhile till i go to someones who has a system i can try it on.

I dont suppose you have a Usb/ps2 adapter?

You could try it in the ps2 port.
Failing that RMA as suggested.

Sticky keys? Try hitting the shift key 5 times and then turn it off.
