KFA2 2070 super card differences?

There are two KFA2 2070 super cards, but both seem to have identical specs, is it just the fact one has triple fan and one has dual that is different?

Also are these cards reliable? seem a lot cheaper than all the other 2070 supers and wondered why? Sadly cant find any reviews of these cards anywhere.
 
Looks like it's just the difference in fans.

As for reliability, for what it's worth I'm running a KFA2 980Ti (looks similar in design to the two fan card - minus the backplate/RGB). I've had it for four years and it's been brilliant. Can't really fault it at all.

I don't overclock it often but when I've tinkered with demanding mods, it hasn't done too badly in that regard either.
