Just wanted to make this thread to say how good I think KFA2s customer support are.

I bought a 560 white edition from OcUk earlier in the year and I have had no end of problems with it.

The first one I had I sent back under RMA to which they sent it back to me saying it wasn't faulty. So I argued that it was and asked for a replacement if just to prove to me that my original card wasn't faulty and the problems I had would continue with the replacement. However, they didn't, the card worked OK for a few months.

Then after a while I started getting WSODs on BC2 and it was suggested to me that I lower the clock on the card a bit because the factory overclock might not be 100% stable. I lowered the clock by 10Mhz and it seemed to do the trick.

In the last week after getting BF3 alpha the WSOD have returned in BC2 even with the card underclocked. And the only way to remedy the problem seemed to be to underclock the card even more!!!

So I wrote an angry email to KFA2 asking for a replacement 560, but not one of the same type as my card.

The reply I got was; "We are more than happy to go ahead and upgrade your card to the GTX570 but we would require your GTX560Ti on site first."

I have sent off my 560 this morning via next day insured delivery, now I am awaiting my new 570.

Happy days :D

If you want me to take note, this would not happen at EVGA. You will always get a replacement if sending in a card regardless of pass or fail. Most of the time if we receive your card on a Tuesday, it is inspected for physical damage (as it may not be tested for another day or two), and a replacement is sent Wednesday, the next day. Officially, the turnaround time may be 1-3 days. Multiple RMA upgrade is also standard at EVGA if the cards have really turned out to be faulty.

Since this was the limited editon of the card they had to get one sent out from China for me.

I have had EVGA gfx cards in the past but they have never broke so I have never had to deal with your customer service, you shouldn't feel the need to defend yourself ;)

Update on this:

I emailed KFA2, after I mailed my 560 to them, with the tracking number and asked if they would be so kind to send out the 570 for me today.

Just got an email back now saying that they have sent it out today via TNT :D

Get in!

Good to hear. :)

The tracking number the guy gave me for TNT doesn't seem to work :(

So either it's not left the building or some digits are invalid, hoping it's the latter and I will get my card tomorrow :s

Mine just arrived now, obligatory pics:

Yeah those temps are fine :)

Same card as mine. How you finding it dude? It's really warm at the moment with higher than average ambient temps. Mine hit 86c today, time to upgrade case fans I think!

Good so far :)

Highest mine has been is 84c, that was playing BF3, and the fan speed was only at 59%.

Not had any WSOD in BC2 or BF3 yet which tells me that my previous card was definitely factory overclocked far far too much.

You should sort out those cables at the front of the card...they are blocking the airflow from the front intake fan ;)

You could considering adding some extra case fans...it will help lowering the GPU's temp. Here's how mine is set up in my CM690II Advanced:

If you add a intake fan to the bottom middle fan mount, it will deliver some cool air directly to your graphic card's cooler's intake.

Thanks for the advise but I already have a fan on the bottom of the case pulling air into it.

And that pic was taken when the side window was off and I hadn't moved the cables :)

whats the cpu cooler you have in the picture
and thats one nice looking card

Cosair H50. The first one they made. Think it has been discontinued and replaced with a better version now. You could probably pick one up for about 25 quid now, second hand mind.

Yeah, KFA2 are Galaxy's euro company, they took over BFG's customer service.
