I have the above 2080ti and would like to remove the water block and fit the stock cooler. I can't seem to find any information on pad sizes and where to place them. Can any of you lovely people help?

I've already message KFA2 Customer Services and not had a response.
 
Have you checked any of the reviews for your card as they may have a tare down of the GPU ?

Had a look on the kfa2 website and there links to reviews in foreign language, so over to you.

Could also try emailing galax as think they are kfa2
As well
Just different name for different regions
