If you have used a KFA2 RMA process how would you rate it...
1 being complete rubbish and 10 being awesome!

When you RMA things for us here at OcUK it is always fast and efficient, communication is good and we never have a problem.

It gets a 10 from me.

Well you are the ex BFG guys, so from what I've heard seems like your far closer to 10 than you are 1.
