KFA2 RMA

Anyone haveany experience with kfa2's rma system? They recieved my card over a week ago and emailed me that they would advise me with in 48 hours, not heard a thing since. The guys dont even have a phone number listed on their site.

I think the reason I got KFA2 was because of the UK ram center. Oh well :rolleyes:
 
Thanks for that, cant believe I missed it. They said they sent some emails but I cant find them, they were very helpful though. They didnt have any green editions and asked if a EX OC one would be alright. So I guess thats a cheeky bonus.

I sent my 580 to Wales and it was tested and confirmed faulty in 24 hours.

Another card would have been sent out right away but they never had any stock and said it might be a couple of weeks.

So after a couple of weeks i emailed them and the guy said sorry for the delay and ended up sending me out the anarchy version with the arctic cooler on it but i ended up selling it and buying another as i wanted the reference design card like before.

Would definitely buy a kfa2 card again.
 
It took me a while to find it when I first looked at their site. Good to hear they do answer the phone and offer a decent service. Hopefully I won't have to use their RMA service. :)
 
From what i'd read around the net, KFA2 are really quite good in terms of customer service. I believe they took BFG's centre and staff on when they went bust - and IIRC BFG were very good for RMAs also.
