Picked up a flyer down in daventry today at the pinball party!

Revived!

Firstly, we want to ‘Revive’ the series with a brand new ultimate table for PC, Mac and iOS (other platforms to follow).

To do this we’ve teamed up with Pat Lawlor, creator of The Addams Family and The Twilight Zone!

Unhindered by the financial constraints of designing for the real world, Pat will be free to design the ultimate game he has always dreamed of making.

Remastered!

Secondly, we want to fully ‘Remaster’ the four original classic Pro Pinball tables, also initially for PC, Mac and iOS.

We want to support resolutions up to and including 1080x1920 (portrait mode Full HD), 1536x2048 (new iPad) and even 2880x1800 (MacBook Pro Retina).

With your help we can make the original classics better than ever before!

To say im over overwhelmed would be the understatement of all time, iv'e been playing the series on a regular allways installed basis since release.

The remasterd is quite something with the resolutions they plan to support, portrait mode will finally get that hyperpin built!

The revived is beyond belief...... Pat ******* Lawlor.

Dreams come true for me, im definately showering them with as much as i can afford, they created Pro Pinball.... best there's ever been on the silver screen.

The 3rd of september can't come fast enough:)

I've still got Timeshock installed, a new updated version with higher resolutions will be just brilliant. Its my favourite ever computer pinball table.

I don't understand this lol.

For $15 you only get the one table? Can't I pay an amount to get all the tables or do you just wait until the game actually comes out?

Have any of these Kickstarter things made it to release yet?

When i saw they were barking for 400k my hopes droped a little.

Pinball ain't cheap, i/we spend a fortune on it, but in the digital space....

Pro Pinball is the best of the best, i just hope they find enough out there to make this happen, whats going on with this is legendary in it's niche time and space.

I want all the boxed copies to match up with all the boxed originals i have of the playstation and pc versions, so 500 down it is from me.

Games *timeshock/brusa have given me over 14 years worth of playable service.. 500 is nothing:)

:( I just get the feeling that they aren't going to make the $400K total. I know its only been a couple of days, but I think things needed to have taken off by now if they were going to make it.

Changed my pledge to $75 which entitles you to download all 5 tables on 2 platforms. Useful now that they have listed XBLA as an initial platform.

Silverball Studios has launched a Kickstarter campaign in hopes of funding a remastered collection of its classic Pro Pinball titles, along with an all-new table created by famed pinball designer Pat Lawlor (The Addams Family, Twilight Zone).
Silverball Studios released its Pro Pinball games (including fan favorites like Timeshock! and Big Race USA) across several platforms in the 1990s, and their games set a high standard for pinball physics simulation. A recently released demonstration video shows that the tables will receive a significant visual upgrade bolstered by some impressive lighting tech.
Pro Pinball: Revived & Remastered has earned over $25,000 toward its funding goal of $400,000 as of this writing. Following the campaign's conclusion, releases are planned for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Xbox Live Arcade, with other platforms to follow. Silverball Studios has also set up a Steam Greenlight page to drum up support for the release.

Pro Pinball!!!

:D

And the guy who created the Addams Family table? (That table is on my wishlist of real tables to buy, along with T2 and Star Wars tables)

I'm in!

I think its fairly safe to say that its not going to make its Kickstarter target :( ( I really hope i'm wrong). To be honest I doubt it will even make $100K, I think $400K is just a bit too much for such a niche market.

I hope they have some sort of contingency plan to make and release the tables, seems like they have already done quite a lot of work.

Thats massive, brusa is pure fun!

They are trying, i hope they get the playable lighting engine out they mention coming sooner rather than later.

Little bit suprised the owners community havn't realy got behind this though, as said they were pushing at the last big uk pinball show with printed flyers. Definatley they were aiming in that dirrection, as with the video gamers.

Maybe if they could offer some sort of maybe on a real table being produced, that would realy hammer it home. I would buy a table on either timeshock or Big race of the bat.

You can now download the light demo.

Picture view of a real table, photo realistic.. 70mb, flick about for a minute, looks alone show out quality.
