Thanks to all previous for my X99 system, loving it!

I now need a small form factor computer for the kids, nothing excessive but I would like my son to be able to play some moderate titles like Minecraft/Fortresscraft Evolved etc.

I have monitor, OS and keyboard/mouse just need case and the internals.

Just some changes to above one as pentium is 2 core which will lack in games eg evolve and modern titles so I5 is a must. Also gpu gtx 960 much better eg in project cars rain 32 avg fps. Read more here: http://www.techspot.com/review/1000-project-cars-benchmarks/page2.html

I think this build will be much better option in terms of performance rather than look (no led, custom cables and no 3rd part cooler)
I know is slightly over your budget £20 but I think it's worth it. You also get free shipping for 250+ posts on forum :D

If this is too much go for gtx 950
Hope this helps

I know one above one was made to make look good but you can always buy led cables and custom cooler.

Mine is also a touch over £500 (goes back under with free shipping though), but you get an i5, GTX 960, 120GB SSD and a 1TB HDD, meaning fast startup, and the potential to put a game or two for quick startup too (I've found MC can benefit a bit from an SSD when loading larger worlds.

Good set up but I would pay extra and get better mobo as for £35 you cant expect much in terms of features and durability.

Features no but you only want what you will use anyway. Durability will be fine. Especially companies like msi dont make products that will break in months as it would be a huge mark on their company and would reflect badly in all departments.

Good spec, I would spend the extra £20 or so and get the 250gb Hyper SSD Overlockers have on offer at the moment, esp for using as boot and games

What age are the kids. What resolution is required?

For younger kid's there really is little need for any more than a G3258 with a 750ti. It can be run from a 350w psu won't cost much to run and can be built in a good looking case.

Or a hand me down system.

My kids want my unused NZXT S340 case with RGB lighting, they love it's looks. I think that is more important to them than over speccing with components you could expect to see bought with a young lads first paycheck.

Ressing this as going to order late tomorrow.

I have an SSD spare and would prefer a smaller case (a small cube would be ideal) - does this change anything from the good specs above?
