Kids ride on cars

Hi all,

Thinking of buying our 4 year old a ride on this Christmas. Any experiences of if its worth paying more? Or good brands to go for?

See cheapy ones at say the range for £100 and then others at around £300.

I guess you might pay for better battery capacity/charge times but anything else to look out for?

it's a 4 year old - don't waste your money. they'll be bored in 5 minutes and will have moved on to playing with the boxes and wrapping paper.

I did worry about this!

I bought one for £30. Second hand, (BMW i8 version)
My sons used it 4 times in 8 months.

Its "too slow daddy".

So' i have some 12 -> 24V boxes to go in before the motors. That will speed it up a little. haha

This is partly my thoughts, if i get a rubbish one that's too slow. So don't want to spend so much that if its a waste, but don't want to spend to little that its too slow!
