Great deal, whats the difference though in performance with this and a full size card (not a mini)

There is no difference in performance, the card is not cut down at all, its just smaller.

1060 6Gb is already £240 this week.

1070 won't drop by as much as that. it will likely be around £40-£60 cheaper than the 1070ti. it all depends on what they price that at.

Likely there is an NDA in place so we won't know anything until it's released or announced officially by nvidia themselves.
