Killer K1 Network card.

So i have a Killer K1 nic card thanks to my cousin,hes upgraded to a newer killer.

What i want to know is,What is the USB port for on the Killer K1?..he does not know either.

I cant seem to find any info whats its for on killers website. :confused:

I seem to remember that its for storage so that you could download a torrent/watever directly to the usb storage so the PC did not use any processing power at all

ah i see,That would be a good thing actually because i have a spare 8GB thumb drive that i could use,Would be better to store downloads on that too because then any downloads i do aint been stored on my SSD wasting space.

It sounds like a good idea but I'm not sure how far the sofware got developed. The whole Killer NIC fad didnt last that long and I'm not sure how far the capabilities got. Worth a try
