This is pretty good, and nice to the BBC screwing us and airing it in America 1st

Watched the first episode of this last night and I reckon it's going to be very good.

As to why it's on the US first, apparently this was fully made by BBC America, and BBC doesn't 100% own BBC America so they actually have to buy the rights off them.
