Killing Floor server up!

* Aperture level added
* The Brute mutator added (new specimen type!)

You MUST install The Brute as per instructions here: http://forums.tripwireinteractive.com/showthread.php?t=47810
(download here: http://www.mostimpressive.nl/TheBrute/BRUTE 1.4.zip)

To connect to this server, you can simply find them in the internet server list ("LinkTart1 KillingFloor" for normal difficulary and "LinkTart2 KillingFloor" for hard) or bring up the "Open IP" dialogue and enter:

"linktart.co.uk:7077" (hard difficulty)

LinkTart 1 appears to have gone down on a custom map btw FT if you want to restart it..

Hmm, knew I should have picked this up when it was only 4quid on the steam sale

Had a quick play round a mates the other night and was quite impressed, good fun game.

It's still on sale - though not quite as cheap. It's £7.50 right now on steam

the custom map server has really slow download, you should take them off or do a URL redirect if thats possible with KF (worked with UT)

EDIT: and adding server using the 'linktart.co.uk:7077' link didnt work so had to use the ip

strange..it works with me here.

I've setup http redirect for the custom maps..not sure why it's not downloading. Perhaps it's related to the linktart.co.uk resolve not working properly for you (and possibly others - I'll look into it).

Would you like admin btw?

I'm downloading the maps atm, and using the name instead of ip address worked fine for me.
