killzone 2 stuttering

got round to playing sp but the stuttering whilst loading is driving me mad is this normal?

no level loading but where it saves

Yea it pauses when it writes to the harddrive, is a little annoying but you get over it.

It's literally a 1 second load time and they only happen at lull points in the gameplay so it is no big deal imo really.

Strange, it should only be a split second that it saves for. Do you have similar trouble with any other games or do you have longer than normal install times for downloads?

Mine is no where near 5 seconds, probably not even 1.

Mine took 2-3 seconds on average but PlayTV might have been running. I never consciously took note to see if there was a relationship.
