somewhere out there!
As per title really, what do you guys use to label your jars? We use generic white sticky labels but they keep peeling off. So we need something a little more well, that sticks! However we will want to replace change them when washing them so superglue isnt an option. :p

I'm not sure we label ours, the things we tend to put in them are obvious from the outside. We tend to put jams and chutneys which are less obvious contents into jam jars left over from our honey production and labels are fine for those. Tie on labels might be a plan. Easy to write and can be removed.

^This.
Our kilner jars are transparent glass so we can see what's in them.
Anything that isn't obvious tends to live in the original packaging, which I prefer as it takes up far less space in the cupboard than yet another massive ******* kilner jar with barely a ¼ cup of something in!!

If you don't always use the same thing in the jars you could use an elastic band to keep the label on, or a bit of string with a label attached that can loop around the neck. Not as aesthetically pleasing, but it makes cleaning them easier before changing contents.

I was going to suggest a tab on an elastic band, I do this on our stuff, the only ones I don't is when freezing but I don't use jars for that (obviously).

I use adhesive black chalk labels. Which stick just fine, but having to rewrite the label can be tedious.

A cheap embossing machine is probably your best bet here.
