Kimpower power supplies?

Anyone heard of this brand before?
The guy who bought my x1900xtx (fitted with an accelero x2) second hand is saying he's getting corruption in Maya and his system reboots in games - even in slightly older ones like Far Cry. He's using one of these and it's a 650W power supply, not sure about the other details -

The graphics card worked perfectly with my HX 520W, is his enough for a xtx?

No, they'll be some really cheap pieces of rubbish with 16-18a on the 12v rail.

I think they're sold on the auction site for about £14.

It's a shiny PSU so your buyer is unlikely to believe that it's the PSU causing the problem and yes it looks like an el-cheapo PSU which will probably struggle to output 350w.
