Kindle app on ipad

Can you get all the books on the ipad app as you can on an actual kindle ?

I've just made an amazon account, my mum has her own can I transfer a book from her account to mine ?

Because the app itself isn't a search platform, You have to search for the book on amazons website then go from there. You can search for the books you have on your device via the app, or books you have stored on the cloud.

Looking at my own kindle store bobbit on amazon, I would say no, there doesn't seem to be any option for gifting a book after purchase, I think you can do this prior to purchase, but I'm not sure if gifting applies to electronic purchases as it does with proper physical items.

You can't gift items in the UK as far as I know. It is available in the US though.

You can't also sell/transfer books at the moment, but there's various EU cases about transferring digital items so it may change one day.

Alternatively, she can just login with your account details or vice/versa and will see all your books (but not her own) whilst doing this. There's probably a limit on how many devices Amazon lets you login at once, but doubt it's less than 5 so you should be fine.
