"Kindle For PC" login problems

Is anyone else having problems getting Kindle For PC to work?

The software allows you to view your Amazon Kindle content on your PC.

It's worked for me in the past, but I've recently tried to install it again, but can't get past the login page.
It always says "Please allow cookies in your browser".
I've tried reinstalling Windows 10, FireFox and Internet Explorer browsers, running in Safe Mode, disabling Internet Security and following the suggestions of Amazon support.
Nothing seems to work.
I can login via Android devices OK.

Are you able to login?

Just to help anyone else out.
I solved the problem, the problem is the software itself, the latest version 1.20 can't be "clean" installed on Window 10 Creators Edition.
I tried a clean install of the OS, with nothing else on and it couldn't log into my Amazon account with v1.20. If I uninstalled it and used the previous version (1.17) it worked fine.
Once v1.17 is installed, you can update to v1.20 though.
