Kinect Headed to Windows in 2012

Ok it now 2013 so does windows 8 support Kinect now ??

Is it going be a special Kinect controller/camera for the PC or it just going use the xbox360 one :confused:

Far as i am aware we have been able to use it with windows for ages, it is just the 360 one. I believe you can fully control win 8 with one as well.

I know Garry from Garry's Mod has been working on an update to support Kinect.
