The video was posted to receive negative comments due to lag on screen.

I received a positive comments. lol

I can't troll to save my life anymore. :(

Anyone actually going to watch a movie without a remote? It sounds cool on paper but whats wrong with the remote in the first place?

Nothing wrong with the remote, but can you not see the good side of this.

For one, the family side of it could be very good. Also, if you have it set up in the living room unlike most of us here (mines in my room so would be pointless getting kinect) it could be very easy to use without a remote. Need to see it in action I guess. Sitting on the sofa, waving your hand and browsing through movies. I can only see one issue. Who is going to pay to watch them?

Also, the lag side, families won't know any better tbh, so can't see them complaining, where as we understand what lag is and how it can effect gameplay.

Sure, why not? Saves having to fumble around in the dark for the remote. Just yell STOP at the TV or whatever it is you have to do.

Not really interested in Kinect for myself but I imagine we'll get one for the living room 360 for the kids. Honest, it'll be for the kids :p

"Xbox - Pause"..

"Xbox - Play"..

*nothing happens*

"Xbox - PLAY"

*still nothing happens*

"Xbox - Tell the mrs to get the remote for me"

*still nothing happens*

"Ahh, Bugger it, if you want a job doing properly.... "

:D

Can you skip to a certain point in the movie? Like for example

"xbox, skip to 38 minutes into the movie."

??? That would be pretty amazing... but if its just pause, start, fast forward,rewind... then I'd rather press a button.

I think you would use your hand to navigate along the time line, but perhaps they should do more advanced voice control..

"XBOX - Skip to that bit where Megan Fox gets hosed down"..

Winnar :)
