I am up to the part where
you flee via the caves and go and meet the dry devil.

Waiting for the game to download 62GB. Takes about 2hrs :(

Oh I am past that bit. But not by much. Thought you was way ahead for some reason.

Mine was done in less than 10 minutes. 1GB line :D
 
Well it's buggered up my three rooms in Kuttenberg, one has a door i can't open (the hole in the wall) and the other two are now in a private area so I get chased out or hassled by guards, even though my chest is in there and the bed has the sleep and save option, anybody have an issue like this? I do have a few mods installed so maybe there's a conflict there?

Finished exploring the second map tonight. Almost no fog left on the map.

Also found all the people for the devil. Not all made it.

One dead in **** and the other one (Matthew) I killed after he offended me by asking for a bounty :p
 
just doing the missing soldiers quest. I gave mishek the wrong potion (weak cockerel) which produced a hilarious reaction from Henry. Had me rolling. :cry:

Same. I thought that part was really clever and had me sitting up straight for sure. The guards were annoying, but only because I didn't realise you could either throw stones or crouch and make a little noise to get their attention, so I was resorting to playing peekaboo around doorways and then running away like a little girl before they got me. Knowing how to distract properly is a game changer.

Is he saying that the game has been updated to the latest DLSS preset, and he is calling it "NVIDIA DLSS 4 Super Resolution" as he too is confused?

Nvidia really have confused the consumer with this one!

DLSS4 is not just about FG, but improvements in the upscaling quality as well. Try it in game and you will see it improves stability and clarity over DLSS3. Not significantly so, but still noticeable.

Aye. It was a good quest. I was like “oh **** just got real, I really don’t want Hans ending up on the gallows!”

I bumped into ulrich(?) luckily who gave me free roam of the castle after healing him. Looted as much as I could !

Wow. I had totally forgotten about distracting people. I too just did the run away thing :)

There is the bathhouse owner who you can talk too, remember though its not 24/7, you have to go during the day like shops.

I also rushed through a bit the castle quest, i think i had done it all by the 5th or 6th dong but assumed correctly we would get access properly after the quest.

I'm just doing side quests on the 2nd map at the moment and when they are done go back to the main story.

I personally play with everything on native at 1440p maxed out and it runs great, but i am on a 4090... this game for me has been one of the best i have played optimisation wise for a very long time.

Looking forward to getting stuck in later, downloaded the patch yesterday but didnt get chance to play but will be playing a lot over the weekend.

I think the only thing i would change about my playthrough is that i got the warhorse armour through the twitch drops and it's super strong from the start, still using some of it now as i can't find anything better such as the helmet.. but that said that i am just enjoying everything for what it is, getting immersed and loving all the stories, side quests etc.... the only one i didn't enjoy so much is the nomad camp one but i think thats universally regarded as the worst
