King's Bounty problem

Just got this game, installed it. Everything was fine UP TILL HERE.

When i try to start the game, it prompts me to insert the correct cd/dvd. But the thing is, I already have the dvd in my rom drive.

Any ideas?

Have you got any other cd/dvd drives (physical or virtual) in your system mounted before your dvd drive with the game in? Just wondering if the game might expect the disc in the first drive it comes across.
